I bring over a decade of combined professional experience in Career Coaching as well as Recruitment and Sales where I have constantly exceeded sales goals through this personal approach. My background includes a Bachelor's in Human Resources and a Master's in Global Strategic Communication, along with specialized training in Conflict Management and Consensus Building and Project Management.
I’m also educated as a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator, my expertise extends to facilitating effective communication and resolution strategies (this comes in handy when you need to get teams on the same page).
From serving as a career coach to early career professionals, emerging entrepreneurs and c-suite clients to educating businesses on best practices, I bring a comprehensive approach to empower while driving solutions.
